Learn more about the interview process and understand how to answer challenging questions with special guest alumnus, Mr. Eric Souza.

Mr. Souza has over 20 years of fixed income portfolio management and trading experience with both asset management and broker-dealer firms where he regularly participates in the interviewing and selection of new candidates for job openings. Eric is currently a senior portfolio manager for SVB Asset Management where he and his team are responsible for the overall strategy, security selection and risk management of institutional fixed income portfolios. Eric earned his master’s degree from Saint Mary’s College of California and bachelor’s degree from California State University, Hayward.

Delta Sigma Pi is a professional Fraternity organized to foster the study of business in universities. Everything we do is to promote academic and career success for the members of our organization and for the campus community at Cal State East Bay. Members of our organization are dedicated to sharing information and ideas, cultivating relationships and being eager to grow personally and professionally.
