Terry provides consulting and tax compliance services for closely held businesses and their owners, high net worth individuals, and executives. He focuses on clients with equity compensation, estate, gift and trust planning, ownership succession, and international tax issues. Terry has extensive experience with federal and state tax compliance for flow-through entities, individuals, trusts, and private foundations. Terry holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Accounting from Texas A&M & UT-Dallas.
